The WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment license that comes with IBM Workplace Client Technology, Micro Edition does not permit you to distribute the runtimes outside of your enterprise. To deploy applications into production, on WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment, you will need to purchase a license for the runtime, on a per device basis. By purchasing this license you are entitled to ship WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment for, or on, 1 device.

You would probably then purchase a single license, and then if you later decide to deploy to additional devices, purchase another license or a multi-pack depending on the number of devices.
